History
•This old style Level 1 harness was part of the economy series for Mercury and some people still prefer them today to save on expenses. The harness contains all TCU connections from the 6 Way Connector for some transmission combinations.

Design Points to take Notice of.
•This harness is used to connect 2x Tiptronic buttons for up and down shifting.
•It has the 4x Rotary Map switch
•It also has the GP2 output.

Wire Names and connections on this harness:

Buttons (Shielded) contains:
•Up Shift Input (Red)
•Down Shift Input (Blue)
•Earth (Black)
Profile (Shielded) contains:
•Switch Input (Blue)
•+5V (Red)
•Earth (Black)
GP2 Output (Blue/White)

NB! Wires that are not connected must be isolated to prevent shorts or interference.
